September 25th, 2017

Well, I'm happy that you guys had a good week, and that dad was able to use my tornado machine, and that mom and Ellie went to the conference.  I cant wait, we will probably watch it at a member's house in English.  Nothing got changed with transfers, so I will get mom that picture of my companion and I next week, I keep forgetting.

This week was good, the conference with president was good.  Not a lot happened this week just walking and teaching, which is great.  This cambio, the mission is going to focus on the BOOK OF MORMON and every two weeks we will receive about 30 BOMs per companionship.  So we will be using the BOM a lot.  We will be doing an activity in La Concordia to help people to come to know the BOM, but we are still thinking on an idea.  If you guys have any ideas on what to do please share them, and do them.

Today we made cinnamon roles, and they were so good.  We made some for some of the members, but we ate most of them and still have more.  When we were letting the dough rise, ants got all over one of the batches, we still ate them.  They were good, some just had cooked ants in them.

Life is good, and hot.  This cambio I will be the missionary with the most time in the mission in my district, it will be weird.

September 18th. 2017

Well, it is good you guys had a nice week.  It is funny Dad lost his talk, but it is good everything worked out.  I wish I got to give more talks.  I will get a pic of me and my comp this week.

But yeah, we had a baptism, it was good, but the water was blue.  The water was a little dirty and a member told us to go buy a chemical that would clean the water, so we bought it and I told my companion not to put it in the water until the member got there, so he could do it.   But my comp put it in, and all the water turned blue.  So it was almost a perfect baptism.  We still did the baptism, just in blue water.

Transfers are next week, so the next time I write you I might be in a new area, but we will see.  This week we have our conference with president Barlow and interviews, so it should be a nice week.  I love talking with president Barlow.

It has started raining again here, so it has started getting really humid again, so I hope I won't die.

Life is going good.  I'm a little sick today, but nothing I can't beat.  We went to a native place today, it was fun.  They just talked about there clothing and music and, in the picture I sent you, I think she was praying or something, it was a weird room.

Well, it is good you guys are doing good.  It is crazy all of the natural disasters happening, it is sad but cool at the same time, maybe something will happen here if I'm lucky :).  No just kidding.

It was cool Ellie went to homecoming.  I hope no one kissed her because, if someone did, I might just have to come home for a few weeks.

I hope the 7th grade is going well for dad, I hope it's fun.

I have no idea how mom can work at a desk, I would die.  I'm always have nightmares that I will be sent to the mission offices to be a secretary, but I hope it will never happen.

We should be having a baptism this week, so I hope nothing will go wrong.  We have a lot of investigators, they just need to get married.  Most of them are going to church, which is good.

Not a lot has happened this week, it has been raining today but just a nice sprinkle.  It has been nice to not have the sun.  The other elders are now living in a different house, but now it is so quiet in our house with only 2 missionaries.

Well, I'm happy you guys are doing good, I love dad's experience he had in the temple.  I want to go to the temple so bad, I wish I took more advantage of having so many temples near our home.  I think when I get home we will not go out for dinner, we will go to the temple.

Not a lot has happened this week, today we went and rode bikes in the jungle it was so fun, and then we hiked to a waterfall.

The investigator you asked about will be getting baptized on the 16th, and I don't think she is mad at us anymore.

Another elder is coming here so there will be a trio, but he will not be with me, it is the other companionship.  Sorry I don't have a photo of my comp, I will get one today.

From dad: On August 22nd, Dallin's uncle passed away so the stake president and I contacted Elder Robertson's mission president to let him know.


Well, it is too bad uncle Logan died.  When president called me, he told me had been talking to my dad and stake president so I thought I was going home.  I haven't done anything bad, it is just what I thought, but yeah, then he just told me uncle Logan died.  I didn't cry or anything but it was just weird to receive that type of call, but we just talked about uncle Logan a little bit and then the Plan of Salvation.  I have have been studying the sealing power for like the past month and I have learned so much stuff.  I love the power of the sealing and I'm not even close to knowing and understanding all of it.

I hope all of you guys are doing fine, uncle Logan is.  Help nana a lot, I can only write to her, but you guys can be with her, help her to know Logan will live with her forever.

Not a lot happened here, just a lot of calls from president, I feel like I have gotten a lot closer to him this last week.

But life is good here, we have a new family we are teaching, family Vera, they are so great and they have a goal to get married before the 16th of September, I bet they will do it.

I gave a talk on Sunday, it was 20 mins.  I talked about Alma 32 and how we need to always be strengthening our faith and testimonies.  It was fun, I love giving talks.

But I don't have a lot to talk about, well, I ate a chicken heart and lungs, it was hard to swallow them, but I managed.

But I love you all so much and hope you guys have a great week, and can handle school again, but I will see you guys in 279 days :)
